Compliance Assessment Audit with International Standards for Emergency Management and Fire Protection

The project consists of assessing compliance with International (British) Standards for Emergency Management and fire protection in the Irish Embassy building in Maputo.

The reports to be prepared under the project are:

  • A full report on compliance analysis, areas of compliance, improvement, and non-compliance;
  • Matrix of significant risks that may cause catastrophic emergencies;
  • Development of Internal Audit Plans and ITPs for the Embassy team;
  • Registration of the location and type of firefighting and protection system of the Embassy;
  • Training and qualification of internal personnel in response to emergencies;
  • Development of the fire risk assessment system;
  • List of recommendations to be implemented with an assessment of potential losses and risk and efficiency analysis to ensure compliance and a more effective management of these aspects.
