Assistance to the Delegation of ANE in Maputo

Various activities were performed by this contract, such as the preparation of tender documents, using the standards approved by the ANE, bid evaluations, negotiations with contractors selected, preparation of employment contracts, supervision of routine maintenance of all classified roads in province, supervision of rehabilitation and periodic maintenance of all tertiary roads, approval of materials to be used; detailed inspection and testing of works to ensure compliance with contract requirements, quantification of work carried out to verify the quantities submitted by the contractor in Monthly Payment certificates, preparation of variation orders for approval by ANE, ensuring the satisfactory completion of the work after making any changes necessary, recommendation of final acceptance of the work by ANE, after satisfactory completion of the defects within the specified warranty period, technical assistance to the ANE in supervision, rehabilitation and routine and periodic maintenance works, traffic count and survey of road conditions.
