This building is intended to accommodate the Citizen Desk (Balcão do Munícipe), the Health and Social Affairs Directorate, the Information Systems Directorate and the Raffle Stand of the Maputo Sports Group (Grupo Desportivo). It will consist of offices, meeting and training rooms, technical areas for equipment, transformer station, generator, pantries, toilets, a social center with esplanade on the terrace and parking on three floors.
