Environmental Impact Assessment for Estima Coal Mine Project Home|Projects|Environmental Impact Assessment for Estima Coal Mine Project ENRC acquired Central African Mining & Exploration Company PLC ("CAMEC"), which was the holder of a Prospecting License and Research (871L), obtained on March, 2005 for the ESTIMA project in Tete Province, Northern Mozambique. The Project was classified by the Ministry for Coordination of Environmental Action (MICOA) as Category A (see Annex I) and therefore require the implementation of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) under the Regulation on the Assessment Process Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No.45/2004 of 29 September).
