For the Licensing of the Project to be issued by the National Directorate of Energy, it should be reformulated in accordance with the current national rules and in Portuguese. For this, the Detailed Design was divided into 19 packages, each with its Descriptive and Justification Memorandum, Technical Specifications, Designed Parts and, with all elements in Portuguese.
