Technical Assistance to ANE Delegation in Nampula

There are different activities in this contract, such as the drafting of tender documents, using standards approved by ANE, proposal evaluations, negotiations with selected contractors, preparation of employment contracts, inspection of the routine maintenance of all classified roads in the province, inspection of the rehabilitation and periodic maintenance of all tertiary roads, approval of the materials to be applied; detailed inspection and testing of the work to ensure compliance with the contract requirements, quantification of work performed in order to verify the quantities presented by the contractor in the Monthly Payment Certificates, preparation of variation orders for approval by ANE, guarantee of satisfactory completion of the works after any necessary changes are made, recommendation of final acceptance of works by ANE, after satisfactory completion of the defects indicated within the warranty period, technical assistance to ANE in the inspection of use, rehabilitation and routine and periodic maintenance of traffic counting and survey of road conditions.
