Management and Supervision Plan for Occupational Health, Safety at Work, Risk Assessment and Emergency Management, Audit Plan and ITPs for the Irish Embassy Project

The project consisted in the development and implementation of the Health and Safety Management Plan for the Embassy of Ireland Building Project.

The reports and activities under the project were:

Management plan for HST and contract employees for the project;
Training modules and awareness topics on issues related to HST management;
HST Audit and Monitoring Plans;
Supervision of construction work in relation to issues related to HST management;
Weekly and monthly performance reports on issues related to HST management.
